Terms of Service

!Please read my TOS before commissioning me!1. I have every right to decline a commission if it goes against my tos, I am uncomfortable with the subject matter, or find it offensive.2. I will send a wip sketch of your commission to approve, then I will complete the commission once it is approved (if you would like additional wips, please ask in advance).3. I typically work on commissions in the order I receive them, but I may jump around in my queue depending on how complex or simple commissions are.4. Please allow me a maximum of 4 weeks to start on your commission (If your commission will take more than 4 weeks to get started on, I will contact you).5. Once the sketch is approved, I will not make any major changes to the art later in the process (Minor changes and tweaks are allowed). If major changes are requested, you will be subjected to additional charges.6. Please provide a proper ref of your character (flat colors preferred, if not, a color key is fine). I will not accept uncolored sketches, traditional art without a color key, full art of your character that doesn't display all their features, etc. as a reference!7. Upon completion, you will receive the following: the full res art, and a watermarked version8. You may only repost the watermarked version of your commission, and please link back to me if you do!9. Do NOT contact me on a daily basis to inquire about your commission, I contact my commissioners regularly and give an estimate on my timeframe (see #4 above), so please be courteous and understanding that I have a life offline.10. Do not repost art you commissioned from me for monetization or on monetized platforms without my permission.11. I do not support NFT or Crypto, and as such if you tokenize art I make for you as a commission, you will be blacklisted from future commissions.12. ADOPTS - If you buy an adopt from me, you may not resell it for more than you paid me for the adopt. (even if you have a lot of art of it) If you got the adopt for free and/or from an art trade, you may not sell it, however you may gift it or trade it away.13. RPD DESIGNS - If you receive a Red Panda Dragon from me, #12 applies with the added rule of informing me who is the new owner if at all possible OR returning the design to me with no refund.14. Your commission may be worked on during streams, please inform me if you want your commission to be worked on offline entirely!15. By commissioning me, your commissioned piece will never be used by me to make merch, digital copies, etc.16. please reach out to me if you would like to use commissioned art I've made for you as merch or any kind.PAYMENT1. I only accept USD for payment unless otherwise specified.2. I use Paypal Invoices for commissions, if this doesn't work for you, we can discuss other methods.3. I require full payment up front before I start your commission, no exceptions!4. I will usually provide a wip of your commission within 2 weeks from the payment date unless otherwise specified, please do not reach out to me until at least 2 weeks of no contact.5. Please inform me during the commission request process before payment if there is a deadline, and allow at least 1 week prior to the deadline for me to work on your commission.6. General Commissions

!By commissioning me, you
agree to my Terms of Service!1. Colored Sketch and Fullbody have a 3 character limit, if you want more, we can discuss a custom commission!
2. Upcharge for characters with detailed markings, a lot of physical features, complex clothing, things that will take more time to complete your commission.
3. NSFW content is +40% of the final price of the commission.
4. Final price is rounded up to the next dollar.
5. If you're commissioning a piece with a character that I designed, you will get 10% off the final cost for that character in the piece.

10 emotes - $180 (1 free emote!)
